Tianqi Wu started working as a Mandarin Panellist at Multicultural NSW in 2015 where he gained experience in providing interpreting and translation support for NSW courts and tribunals. Tianqi was then employed as a Chinese language teacher at The King’s School in 2017. He was involved in academic, professional, and extracurricular roles in his employment there. In 2018 he began working at the Sydney Institute for Community languages Education (SICLE) where he held positions such as Project Officer and Pathways Administration Manager. He has added to his professional competence in various aspects during his association with SICLE, including coordinating careers advice services, providing administration support for SICLE’s MTeach Pathways program, and participating in workshops and resources development for community languages teachers.
